We work hard to process and dispatch your packages without any delay:

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your parcel will safely arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days anywhere across Pakistan.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we ensure on-time dispatch, unexpected courier delays due to weather, roadblocks, or festive holidays are out of our direct control. We appreciate your patience during such times!

Our shipping rates are calculated flat so you don't have to worry about weight calculations:

🔍 4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, we will automatically send you a Tracking ID and a link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track the live location and delivery status of your parcel at any time.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please keep the following points in mind:

  • Correct Information: Kindly double-check your shipping address, city, and active mobile number while checking out. Couriers cannot deliver parcels if the phone number is unreachable.

  • Parcel Inspection: As per courier company policies in Pakistan, riders do not allow opening or testing the product before handing over the cash. However, don't worry! If there is any issue inside the box, you are fully covered by our 24-Hour Happiness & Refund Policy. Simply record a quick unboxing video and reach out to us.
